Eric Rodríguez Peralta

I’m computer science professor in Facultad de ingeniería at the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero (UAGro). I received a MSc in Computer Science from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 2008.

I am interested in understanding and building intelligent systems that can interact with the real world, taking the best decisions under uncertainty. I wish to earn a PhD in Computer Science to tackle core problems in computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning to build robust systems that model visual perception and understanding in medicine, surveillance, photography and autonomous vehicles.

I teach courses on artificial intelligence, digital image processing, robotics and digital designs systems using VHDL. I’m also a certified Python instructor and absolutely love teaching.
